This anti-inflammatory smoothie is an ideal breakfast during an Endo flare up. In fact it’s what I have most mornings as it’s easy to digest and a great way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana (not too ripe)
  • 10cm of cucumber peeled & chopped
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • 1 spoon coconut oil (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
