As you may already know, this week is Mental Health Awareness week. Whilst we’re all adapting and trying to manage our stress levels during this unprecedented time, it is vital we take care of ourselves both mentally and physically. Every one of us has challenges at the moment, whether that’s juggling childcare with work and home life, the anxiety of not knowing when “normal life” will resume or perhaps you’re trying to cope with loneliness if you live on your own, unable to see loved ones. The list is endless.
We can all benefit from slowing down, pausing and connecting with our body and mind. Taking time out to check in with how we are feeling is really important.
